{"id":171,"date":"2008-06-14T16:13:05","date_gmt":"2008-06-14T05:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elyk.com\/blog\/2008\/06\/14\/stay-out-super-late-tonight\/"},"modified":"2009-02-06T14:45:11","modified_gmt":"2009-02-06T03:45:11","slug":"stay-out-super-late-tonight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elyk.com\/blog\/2008\/06\/14\/stay-out-super-late-tonight\/","title":{"rendered":"Stay Out Super Late Tonight"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another rainy day.\u00c2\u00a0 After a coffee and some email, I meet George and we venture over to the History Museum.\u00c2\u00a0 Apparently the best museum in Hong Kong, and for a place with such an interesting history, I figured it&#8217;d be a good respite from the rain.<\/p>\n<img class=\"flickrimg\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3017\/2583532800_d748f02b26.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8659\" \/>\n<p>All in all, not a bad museum, and we managed to spend a good two hours or so, walking through &#8211; taking our time reading up on lots.\u00c2\u00a0 George was looking to chill out at the guesthouse, so we headed back that way.\u00c2\u00a0 I decided I&#8217;d venture through Kowloon Park, so we parted ways and I had a walk through.Some sculptures and birds (including flamingos) to look at, so I ventured through then headed to the water.\u00c2\u00a0 Lousy weather, so I\u00c2\u00a0 headed back to the bookstore I&#8217;d been in a few days ago, and flipped through more graphic design books.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening, George and I set out to the Temple Street Market, determined to get some last minute shopping in.\u00c2\u00a0 We both leave in the morning, so we&#8217;ve decided to try and stay up as late as possible, so we&#8217;re more on schedule for EST.\u00c2\u00a0 We figure coffee might help, so we each get one, and spend a couple of\u00c2\u00a0 hours playing table hockey, then head to the guesthouse with staying up on our mind.<\/p>\n<img class=\"flickrimg\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3071\/2582700735_f629938764.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8651\" \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another rainy day.\u00c2\u00a0 After a coffee and some email, I meet George and we venture over to the History Museum.\u00c2\u00a0 Apparently the best museum in Hong Kong, and for a place with such an interesting history, I figured it&#8217;d be a good respite from the rain.
